External Quality Engineer
We are hiring for Electronic Rabat Plant an External Quality engineer to ensure the communication with customer and coordinate the appropriate actions regarding claims (Field & 0 Miles). Reports and analyzes the quality figures and customer satisfaction measures. Leads quality improvement inside and outside the plant.
Your missions:
- Foresees problems at customer line which could lead to a claim.
- Builds a tight and solid professional relationship with customer at plant level.
- Ensures an open and straight communication line between customer and Lear Plants.
- Suggests improvements to both customer and Lear.

Main missions:
- Assists and supports Production & Maintenance managers, reporting to Operations Manager
